Organizational Risk Management
This presentation provides an organizational risk management look inside any organization to show what can be done today to avoid/minimize incidents from going wrong. We will focus on the 5 Pillars of a successful organization and give the informed listener ideas that can be initiated in the workplace immediately upon return to improve performance. Included in this presentation are a series of rules to prevent incidents from going wrong.

This allows us to update the agenda in real time, gives us the opportunity to put files from the presenters somewhere where you can get them, and should make the overall experience better for everyone.
